Job Description  The Senior Director, Supply Planning, will be responsible for developing and executing the supply planning strategy for the organization and for customer service delivery and inventory for all finished goods and bulks in the network. Additional responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Providing leadership oversight for the supply planning function and have key accountability for integrating business planning insights, analytics, and decisions to create an effective plan that is aligned across the Supply Chain. Works with cross-functional stakeholders to assess planning issues, examine analytics, clarify business implications/impact, outline countermeasures, plan and monitor progress, and measure performance/results to improve customer service levels/fill rate. Provides leadership and coaching for Supply Planning team. Manages all supply planning networks including co-packaged and co-manufactured goods. Overall customer service and inventory for all finished goods and bulks in the network.  Partners closely with Plant Leadership to align production schedules with supply planning. Reviews Advanced SupplyChain Planning (ASCP) output to ensure raw material requirements are met. Compiles comprehensive planning metrics on a monthly basis and engages executive stakeholders to ensure successful planning performance. Continuously improves the planning function (process, cadence, tools/systems, organization, and culture) and introduces "Forward Thinking/Best Practice" solutions. Qualifications  15+ years of experience in a Supply Chain function. 10+ years of experience in leading S&OP, Demand and/or Supply Planning operational activities to yield service level, inventory management, and efficiency improvements. Experience in CPG, consumer health, or pharma industries. Relevant experience in using Oracle VCP or comparable Value Chain Planning Enterprise system functionality within a consumer goods manufacturing, distribution, and sales and marketing organization. Advanced experience creating and using quantitative Excel models to conduct and articulate cross functional analytics. Management consulting and international work experience is a plus. Bachelor's degree in related discipline from an accredited institution required.   Master's degreepreferred. APICS Certification preferred. Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills. Strong strategic planning and financial acumen. Strong  statistical/quantitative modeling skills, business intelligence, and KPI/Analytics with an ability to effectively lead inductive and deductive reasoning with the data to draw key business planning conclusions. Strong analytical skills with the ability to quickly and methodically identify and assess diverse problems and develop solutions. Up to 15% Travel Required.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
