Responsibilities:
- Work days are Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and every other Saturday 24-30 hours per week - Greet and check-in patients as they arrive at the dental office - Schedule and confirm appointments using Eaglesoft - Provide excellent patient service by addressing inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner - Maintain patient records and update information as necessary - Dental billing and PPO insurance management - Ensure the front desk area is clean, organized, and welcoming to patients
Experience:
- Previous experience as a front desk receptionist in a dental office is required - Experience with dental PPO insurances - Familiarity with dental terminology and procedures - Proficiency in using electronic dental record systems such as Eaglesoft - Knowledge of phone systems and ability to handle multiple incoming calls - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Note:
