Responsibilities:
1.
Oversee all financial operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, treasury, and online banking.
2.
Supervise the finance team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and management.
3.
Develop and implement financial strategies, budgets, and forecasts to support the company's growth and profitability.
4.
Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal tax regulations and financial standards.
5.
Prepare and present financial reports to the senior management team, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies.
6.
Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes, improve financial performance, and reduce costs.
7.
Evaluate and manage financial risks, and implement effective risk management strategies.
8.
Stay abreast of industry trends, market changes, and new financial regulations that may impact the company's operations.
Qualifications:
1.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the manufacturing industry preferred.
2.
Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Management Accountant (CMA) is required.
3.
Strong knowledge of financial management principles, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, treasury, and online banking.
4.
Proven experience in supervising a finance team and managing financial operations.
5.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
6.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
7.
Proficiency in financial software and advanced knowledge of MS Office Suite, particularly Excel.
8.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
9.
Strong understanding of local, state, and federal tax regulations and financial standards.
10.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is required.
A Master's degree or equivalent is preferred.
